Weekday Rates
Monday - Thursday
The Gardenia Room:
$25/hr with preferred 2 hr minimum during time slot specified above
2hr Minimum ($25 x 2hrs) = $50
**Each additional hour: $25/hr
Kitchen rental not available with The Gardenia Room
The Magnolia Room:
$35/hr with preferred 2 hr minimum during time slot specified above
2hr Minimum** ($35 x 2hrs) = $70
Add Shared Kitchen (one time fee of $50)= $120
**Each additional hour: $35/hr
Weekend Rates
Friday 2PM to Sunday Midnight
The Gardenia Room:
$50/hr with 4 hr minimum during time slot
specified above.
4 hr Minimum ($50 x 4hrs) = $200
**Each additional hour: $50/hr
The Shared-Kitchen is not available to rent with
the Gardenia Room.
The Magnolia Room:
$75/hr with 4 hr minimum during time slot specified above
4hr Minimum** ($75 x 4hrs) = $300
Add Shared Kitchen (one time fee of $50) = $350
**Each additional hour: $75/hr

*NOTE: An on-site caterer rents the kitchen daily. Rental guests & caterer may share space during your event. All will share use of the refrigerator, freezer, gas stove/oven & counter space. All attempts made to allow you to have kitchen only, yet ‘sharing’ may occur.

All Holidays and surrounding dates will be charged as “Weekend Rates” regardless of day of week.

If renting just one room per your rental time, adjoining room may be rented out to another party.

If you rent the Gardenia Room only (Smaller Room), you will not have access to the kitchen or it’s use.
